And baby makes three. Or, 6 in our case.
I know I said I wasn't going to write anymore, but I wanted to keep sharing all the things that have happened.

Well, the wedding was beautiful. We pulled it off in less than three months. It was black, white, and gold, two days after thanksgiving, right smack in the middle of a blizzard.

And it was...beautiful.

We went up north for our honeymoon. And we got a HECK of a lot of wedding gifts. Let me offer some advice: When you KNOW someone is 3 months away from moving ACROSS THE COUNTRY, and they put in their wedding invitation that a wishing well is provided, that means "give them money!" I can't tell you how sad it was to have to buy 2 bundles of boxes and pack up all sorts of cool stuff we wouldnt be able to even unpack for the better part of two years.

I don't even remember what we got. Lots of kitchen stuff, and three identical red crock pots. Other than that, not a clue.

Erik had an allergic reaction to penicillan and broke out with a really bad case of shingles. A week before we moved. It got to be so much pain that even with the starting of meds I had to play nurse, making all of his food, getting everything he needed, dressing him, putting his shoes on, you name it. I even had to help him shower. (well, that one, i admit, I enjoyed, hehe)I felt so bad that on the last few days he got to say goodbye to his family he was in so much agony that he probably doesnt remember half of it. And we had to sleep in different rooms. Why? So I wouldnt get infected.

Also because when he found out he had shingles, I was already 8 weeks pregnant.

Oh, didn't I mention that little tidbit?

Yup, we're a fertile bunch, thats for sure. I had one period after we got married. One. I'm just thankful I didnt get pregnant on my honeymoon.

Birth control? Of course we used birth control. But one thing you never expect to have to do with someone you love and have all your trust in, force him to use the freaking condom.

We got down to florida alright. Moved in to our new house a week later. Money got so tight we had to roll pennies to afford dinner. You get real tired of boiled hotdogs after awhile.

Two months later....

Erik got a job as a flooring specialist at lowes. Shannon, (poor thing) is working part time at a pet store, and my mom is at a doctors office, the same buildings I have my prenatal appointments. I know now it's just a matter of time. It's all going to start coming together pretty quick. And we got a grill. Grilled hotdogs are dog gone tasty.

We already planned a weekend trip to seaworld for Erik's birthday :):):):)

I'm 19 1/2 weeks pregnant. With a very "energetic" little girl. I cried my eyes out during the ultrasound, and I know this is probably the best gift I could ever give Erik, the gift of being a father, which I know he has wanted for a very long time.

Most of the next 5 months in this diary is probably going to be about the "joys" of pregnancy. But I promise not to talk your ear off about our little bundle of joy. At least, I'll try :)
